People That Care Deck The Halls
November through January
This holiday season, we as an organization, are going to go flat out nuts in the effort to help the needy! People That Care will be facilitating a HUGE toy give away, and we mean HUGE!! We'll be starting in Texas, and then we aim to reach children from the west coast all the way to the east coast. The retailed value of these toys is over six million dollars! These aren't just any toys but brand new wrapped toys!



People That Care is projecting that close to 500,000 toys will reach children in need and we aim to brighten the hearts and minds of those children in the United States as well as internationally this Christmas season.

We have the toys. They’re ready to ship out but we’ve hit a snag. It’s a large operation to facilitate and we need everything we can get to cover cost. That’s why we depend on our supporters to spread the news about what we are doing. We also need volunteers, as well as your donations in order for Santa to deliver them to all God’s boys and girls!

So, we’re relying on you, the ‘people’ in People That Care to set some time, effort, and donations aside. We rely on you now just as we have for the past thirty years. We know your hearts because we read them in everything you have given to the people we reach out to every day.

The Go Conference

The Shady Grove Missions Conference has always been one of the highlights of the year as well as an important part of Shady Grove Church and it’s history. This is a time that we can hear from our SGC missionaries that are based strategically all over the world, as well as a time that we raise 100% of the funds required for them to do their work.
